To have a program that will impact young women in our community that normally would not have access to the education, cultural and professional outlets that are available to the people of Central Florida.  The investment of time, energy, professional skills, education and a heart felt need to connect with these young ladies will make a difference in their lives. 

During the three years that we have contact with them we are able to positively impact their young lives and futures.  In this effort we strongly encourage further education.  We research, distribute and support vital information that our young women can take advantage of in order to change their destinies. 

We are a non-profit 501c3 organization that pairs professional women with inner-city young women in Orange County Public Schools. The mentoring relationship is three years.  Throughout our program our mentees will gain an increased self-awareness, learn to develop healthy relationships, understand their self-worth, gain financial savvy skills, and develop leadership skills.  

With these new skills and excitement we strongly encourage and support them to further their education.
