Suzonna Warrenton, T.I.M Works Executive Director, started her first marketing firm twelve years ago in Detroit, Michigan. The firm, called Nilac International Marketing Group, served as business development for medium to large sized companies to do business overseas and domestically. After relocating to Orlando and experiencing a tiny measure of corporate success, she noticed that there was a gap for young women in the Central Florida area that wasn’t being addressed. She created a non-profit 501 (c) (3) group, in 2006, where successful professional, business women from all nationalities mentor “high risk” inner city young women in the 11th grade that attend an OCPS. Tomorrow’s Investments Matter, Works (T.I.M. Works) is a small grassroots organization. The mentors make a pinky promise to a young lady for three years from their Junior year of High School to their Freshman year of college. Then this young lady will receive a focus, dedicated and knowledgeable mentor on her chosen campus. Suzonna successfully sold her shares of Nilac International Marketing Group and in 2005 created a new marketing firm called Tatin International Marketing, LLC (TIM). TIM performs work specifically with government, airports and large corporations. She uses her position as an established M/W/DBE for the State of Florida, State of Michigan, GOAA, and Orange County Florida to broker deals between other DBE’s and Fortune 500, 200 corporations. Suzonna speaks Japanese fluently and her tag line is: We may not always have it together BUT together we have it all!
